PAL-Express is a short commuter airline founded and established by PAL - Philippine Airlines on July, 24,2009 with the delivery of its Dash 8 Q400 from Bombardier-De Havilland (Boeing) Canada. The airline operated 1 Bombardier Dash 8 Q400 Aircraft.
The airline stopped operating 1 month after operation due to the sharp rise of fuel prices worldwide. It returned back to service as Airphil Express (IATA: 2P) and rebranded itself to its original name
